I understand - for both things. I have had to do things that others may frown upon, but I made the choice. Not because a lunar object drove me out of my mind.
I suppose that is why it is important we stick together during these times. You are... Sanguis, correct? If so, I fall under Cordis; I can always keep an eye out if you are worried again.
[The whole we've-done-some-shady-shit part, he means.]
It's Sanguis, yeah. I'd appreciate it, and I reckon I'll take you up on that.
But I'll be honest. This is giving me some big damn concern for the next time. I ain't going on a second uncontrollable killing spree looking like a dang lizard man.
[Implying he would go into an uncontrollable killing spree looking like anything else.]
I may ask the same of you when my cycle comes, although I have not been violent historically.
And that is an understandable concern. Perhaps there are methods of restraining oneself? They said the bracelets would no longer work, but if they have magic or technology that should suppress the moons blessing, perhaps it can be recreated.
Not a bad idea. I work R&D at Lunatia Scientia's HQ, don't doubt there's something to figure out. Magic or technology. All else fails, I'll just handcuff myself to the bed post.
[He's kidding. Mostly.]
Ain't a fan of turning into a Jekyll and Hyde, though.
Angela's right, I reckon. Checks out from what I've read. I knew the normal cycles changed month by month, but THIS was different. And going by what the Prismals said, it's been a while since all three moons showed up at once.
My favorite old science fiction shows said you should never interfere with another culture, that it could have unexpected changes. I never thought I would see that in action, but now I have.
I'd say it's been positive too, outside of that festival. Still, they don't seem to be upset about that, which is a good thing in the end. We don't need them working against us.
It does little for us now to worry about it, I suppose. But I cannot help but prepare for an outcome that is not entirely favorable. I'm used to things going a bit pear shaped, as they say.

Hah! I wanted to avoid hurting you if possible. My enhancements must be useful for something.

I don't pretend to be a man that ain't done things, but I'd like to say I can make a damn choice about it.

[ hah, jokes. ]
It seems it can be drastic or mild as it prefers. I suppose Angela's idea of checking up on those of us in need bears more merit than I thought.
But maybe Scientia will have more answers.

Good point.

We apparently rotated the city itself, with that ritual.

Interesting when the interfering's welcomed by said culture, too. Seems like Prismal folks think we're making an impact for the better.
I can understand it - what with Chroma and them crystals and all. Just can't figure if it's a good or bad thing yet.

The matter remains whether they will want us to go if we are afforded that option.

Then again, I'm a little biased. I'm just as interested in them as they are us.
Suppose they'll give folks the option of staying. I've met a few here who don't have anything to go back to.
